2011-01-26 - Email problems on Vex.Net
Last night we had some system problems. This affected email services. The network went partially down and this caused some lockups. We finally rebooted all the systems to get them back to a clean state.
Please note that no email was lost during this outage. As soon as it came back up all the email in your folders was still in place.
We have had some reports of sporadic outages still this morning and we are investigating whether this is related to last night's outage in any way. If you are still having trouble sending or receiving email please feel free to call us. Our contact numbers are on the "Contact info" section of our web site including a toll free number if you are outside of the Toronto area.
